4. Return Shipping Cost

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. However, if the product is damaged or there was an error in the shipment, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

5. Refund Process

After the return is accepted, the refund process will be initiated.

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be issued.
